With a southeast exposure, Castle Rock is naturally cooled by the trade winds.  There are ceiling fans throughout the house.  All bedrooms are air conditioned and have scenic ocean views with private access to the decks, pool, and sea beyond.  The spacious living and dining rooms have sliding glass doors on three sides to provide awe inspiring panoramic sea views.
