What is your cancellation policy? Once the reservation is made we have a 30 day cancellation policy. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival, the deposit is non refundable. If cancelled before the 30 days, the deposit is refundable less 10%. If cancellation is due to a hurricane, the deposit is reusable within a year.
