Pre stocking of kitchen :
We know the process of getting here and settled in to your accommodation can be lengthy and tiresome or you may even be running behind schedule and not get to the grocery or liquor stores before their closing time. Let us get the items you need to “hold you over” until you are able to go shopping.

Babysitting :
Are you coming on vacation with small kids and need a babysitter for a day or night when you and your spouse would like a little together time? Just let us know that you may be interested and we can arrange for a qualified baby sitter to be on hand.

Chef /Cook :
We know that being on vacation means doing absolutely nothing most of the time which includes not having to cook a meal every day or night. Want to try something a little different than the restaurants in the resort area? We can arrange for a chef/cook to come by and meet with you when you get here or even speak with you before arrival about the Bahamian dishes and services they can provide to make your vacation a lot less stressful when it comes to the kitchen.

Rentals : We can arrange any of the below for you before arrival!

Fishing : Always wanted to try bone fishing or go a little more extreme and go out deep sea fishing? Let us set you up with some of Abaco’s best fisherman who will make sure you remember your “catch of the day”.

Dive / Snorkeling / Island Hopping trips : Have you always wanted to see the “as seen on TV” fish and reefs with your own eyes? Or simply take a day out from the resort and visit the neighbouring Abaco cays? We know the guides that can make your dreams come true. Just let us know and we will arrange this unforgettable day for you.

Tours : Interested in one of the activities that requires a tour guide? No worries, we can find the perfect guide to make your Bahamas vacation a memorable one!

Bill paying : We offer this service for a charge of $10 per invoice / bill.

Caretaking : This includes twice a month inspections of your property and the over seeing of chores such as charging your golfcart before arrival, unlocking for a housekeeper/contractor, getting grill tank filled, etc. Let us be your "on island contact". Send us an email for more information and annual pricing.

 Housekeeping : We offer this service for owners or their guests/renters. Pricing does vary with the size of the property. We also require atleast 24 hours notice prior to the day when you would like your property cleaned. We also offer maid service.

General maintenance : Do you have a simple maintenance job that needs to be dealt with? Just let us know what the job is and we can get a quote provided for you from well qualified contractors. We will oversee the process for you if you are off the island.

Hurricane Preparation : For all of our property management clients we offer this service which includes putting in patio / beach furniture and closing of shutters in the case that you have not yet done so or can not get back to the island before a storm is upon us. Pricing does vary with type of shutters.

Extermination : The service of having your property sprayed for bugs, roaches, etc. once a month.
